Election 2019: CE Conservatives Six Key Pledges

On Thursday, 2 May 2019 elections will be held for all Borough, Town and Parish Council seats in Cheshire East. 

Cheshire East Conservatives have set out the following six key priorities if elected to run the Council after the May 2019 elections:

New world-class football facility for Winsford

I am delighted to have played my part in today's announcement by the Cheshire Football Association that their new world-class football facility is to be built in Winsford.

Wrenbury Neighbourhood Plan Referendum (31 January 2019)

A referendum will be held this Thursday, 31 January 2019, to determine the question:   

‘Do you want Cheshire East Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Wrenbury-cum-Frith to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?’

Health and Wellbeing Week (28 January – 3 February)

Next week, Cheshire West and Chester Libraries are teaming up with a number of local organisations, including Healthwatch, Healthbox, Motherwell, NatWest, Citizens Advice and the Macmillan team based at Brio, to hold a Health and Wellbeing Week.
