I have this morning received the following letter from the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) and Tenant Farmers Association (TFA) echoing the concerns of the United Kingdom’s farming unions at the disastrous impact a disorderly Brexit would have on the UK's rural economy.

Energy Price Cap coming into effect

On 1 January 2019, the energy price cap comes into effect.  The price cap limits the amount you will pay for each unit of gas or electricity that you use but doesn’t limit your total bill.  The cap will be revised by Ofgem every six months and the cap may therefore go up or down in future.
